​Thank you for your personal attention today at lunch time. I guess lunch time is a very busy time. I know that as soon as you mentioned to have the center diamond is yellow claws, it would give it a very personal touch and be in tune with the diamonds. That only comes with experience, and the time you gave to working towards finding what we were looking for.

You noted that we had found you on the internet, which is correct, but I guess I really wanted to add that I had called up on the phone as well, and has spoken to Laura, and it was a tone of voice and other things that I was really looking for that go toward building trust, (as a first time client). That was also why I decided to come into town and meet my daughter at you shop.

You are the first person to ask us how sentimental the stone are, and I have now been in to a number of Jeweler's around the suburbs of Perth. Really, I suppose I have been looking for the "trust" factor, in order to feel comfortable enough to leave the stones behind.
